Couples Coaching
The incentive to love and be connected is hardwired in us from the beginning and our growth is dependent on it. Understanding patterns and helping to heal relational wounds is much of what I do. With years of professional experience and training, I teach positive cycles for healthy connection and skillful repair with loving awareness.

Grief and Transformation
Grief is about adapting to loss. It can be devastating and yet we learn and grow through it with the invitation to transform. Grief can include relationship, family and job loss, relocation, illness, catastrophes and aging, etc. Moving toward acceptance and allowing for an individual pace of change is an important part of the process.
Individual support
I enjoy helping people create the lives they want. A big part of this is having a healthy relationship to oneself and by strengthening this, life becomes more aligned with values, desires and relationship goals. Working with parts, mindfulness, identifying cognitive distortions and resourcing are some of the techniques I use.

I found Rosie to be an EXCELLENT counselor. I had been going to a different counselor before I was referred to Rosie Wick. The differences astounded me. Rosie was able to provide me the guidance and insight I needed to do the work on myself that I needed to do. I highly recommend Rosie Wick to anyone seeking the services of a counselor.

Absolutely amazing! I never knew how good it would feel to have someone like Rosie to talk to!
I’ve walked out of 100% of my sessions with 100% clarity with so much clarity and confidence. I finally feel like I have someone who not only listens to and not only listens to what I’m trying to say but also sees where I’m coming from…

Since we started seeing Rosie, we have broken a lot of our fight cycles, and have learned how to de-escalate conflicts in the initial stages before they become big fights. Rosie is a phenomenal listener and is able to empathize with both sides of our discussions. She has provided us with tools to improve our communication with each other. Rosie has a great sense of humor and is fun and easy to talk to.

My fiancé and I have been seeing Rosie for the past couple years. I honestly don’t know where we’d be without her! She has an incredible way of listening, validating and guiding us to a place of peaceful resolution and repair. We are working on breaking our cycles of conflict in a healthy way. She does a fantastic job of working with us as a couple, without taking sides or making either one of us “wrong”.
